How long will it take for my order to ship?

Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Pre-order items will ship on or around their specified release date. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country.

What is your return policy for vinyl and merchandise?

We accept returns on unopened media and unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team immediately with photos for a replacement.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Due to our high volume of shipments, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. We recommend double-checking your cart before completing checkout.

How are vinyl records packaged for shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced mailers specifically designed for vinyl to prevent corner dings and seam splits. For high-value or multi-LP orders, we use additional padding to ensure safe arrival.
