At Relapse Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your preferred carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
